Yes. You will need access to a commercial gym to follow this workout program.
You have the option to choose between a 5 day split and a 4 day split.
Each workout will take you approximately 60-75 minutes from start to finish, if you adhere to the rest periods given. If you take your time with the warm up and are more flexible with rest times between sets, your workouts may take slightly longer.
With each purchase you get two workout programs and each program can be run for 12 weeks. So that is roughly 6 months of training. You can repeat each program until progress stalls.
Yes, absolutely! This program is designed for those who have less than 2 years of collective gym experience. Each exercise comes with a tutorial in case you aren't familiar with the execution.
The Modified Body Part Split requires you to train 5 times a week whereas the Full Body Split requires you to train 4 times a week. It is up to you as to which frequency suits you better while you are still able to focus on recovery and nutrition. You can experiment for 4 weeks with each program to see which works better for you.
