All content provided by the coach, including but not limited to training programs, meal plans, videos, and other materials, are owned by the coach and are for the personal use of the client only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials without explicit permission is prohibited.
Any personal information shared by the client, including but not limited to health history, goals, and progress, will be kept confidential by the coach and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the coach from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the coaching program, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
There will be no refunds on any of the plans under any circumstances. Payments made are non refundable.
We will have no liability in case of personal injury which is caused to you as a result of your use of the Training Program.
Any information provided from our end is not medical advice. We strongly recommend you seek medical advice before starting a workout or diet program.
We do not provide any form of psychological therapy or counselling. If you are dealing with psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or other mental health concerns, we strongly recommend seeking assistance from a qualified mental health professional.
The training programs will be drafted based on the information provided by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information that you provide to us.
Although we believe that the programs drafted for an individual will provide desired results, however in some circumstances even where an individual follows our program may not achieve the desired results in the stipulated time. We will not be held responsible in such scenarios.
Daily communication has to be initiated from your end. It is your duty to send in daily meal and workout updates in the form of pictures and videos. You are advised to fill in the check ins sheet provided to you.
Calls are not part of the coaching program. Communication is via text/voice notes. Coach will provide his inputs through text, voice notes, drawings and via videos as and when necessary.
Physique updates are to be shared as and when requested by the coach. We will follow up with you regarding the same, but will not be held liable for any failure on your part to provide daily updates.
We are under no condition obliged to follow up with you repeatedly if you do not provide us with daily updates.
